Branding Design Security
Design Security chose Webber Design to be its graphic design partner after a recommendation in 2012. Our first task was to liaise with the team at Design Security to craft a branding brief. We followed our usual process of asking as many questions as possible to get both us and the client to work out what the branding strategy should be.
The company works hand-in-hand with architects, planners and developers to help design Security into the heart of new buildings - and these include the Olympic Stadium in London (now home to West Ham) and the athlete village. This lead to us crafting a brand which showed the sort of construction lines seen on blueprints (which were a major reference). There are several versions of the logo for different circumstances (for example a simplified one for embossing on notebooks) but these are the core logo versions.

Merchandise & Branded Workwear
Over the years we've made branded polo shirts, mugs, notepads and vacuum coffee travel mugs (and more). Here are some of the results:

Print Design: Booklet
We were commissioned to make some A5 booklets for Design Security to use to attract potential new clients. We wanted to make the brochure stand out so designed a landscape format A5 format which includes a belly band wrapped around the booklet. This trick makes clients interact in a different way than with most leaflets as they first have to remove the belly band before opening - which makes the experience more memorable.
The design of the booklet echoes the brand design by utilising construction lines throughout.
